Shakespearean March Madness 2012: Round of 16, Pt 4

Today, the final contestants for the Round of 16 take the field. First up, a battle between two capable generals: Macbeth vs Philip the Bastard; and finally, the hot-headed hellcat Doll Tearsheet versus that King of Cats Tybalt Capulet.   1. The first one's tough. Both are adept at combat, both have experience in the field -- but since we know quite definitely that Philip is "of woman born" -- we actually *meet* his mom, after all -- I'm giving the edge to Macbeth.

    In the second match, I think Tybalt's finesse will get the better of Doll. She's great for a rough-and-tumble tavern brawl, but her knifework is no match for Tybalt's deadly training.
